Ms. Reich has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Trust since December 2024. Ms. Reich joined Sterling Management, LLC in June 2024 as its Chief Financial Officer.

She brings over 30 years of expertise in manufacturing and construction industries, where she successfully led finance, technology, and human resource teams.
