Sterling Multifamily Trust's strategy is to acquire multifamily properties that will provide stable cash flow and reliable dividends to our investors.
Our thinking is long-term. We purchase with the intent of holding our properties, caring for them, and aggressively managing their performance. We know commercial real estate has its own intrinsic value, but if managed and maintained well, it will produce steady and reliable income.
The Trust looks for multifamily properties located primarily in the central corridor of the contiguous forty-eight (48) states. Today, over eighty-nine percent (89.49%) of our portfolio is strategically located in North Dakota and Minnesota where agriculture and oil are driving growth, stable property values, rising incomes and low unemployment.
